This year Onion ID will be at WHD.global 2016 to be held in Europa Park, Germany on March 15-17. WHD is a world-class technology conference that brings together leading experts from the hosting and cloud services industry. For businesses in this highly competitive industry, consumer trust is critical: if customers do not feel that their information is secure, they will simply move to a different provider.

A simple search of mainstream media outlets is enough to reveal highly-publicized incidents in which hosting providers were compromised, leading to leaked user information, loss of consumer trust, severe damage to the provider’s reputation, and thousands of dollars in penalties and fines. The causes of such incidents have been diverse, including exploits that allowed unauthorized access, compromised accounts, and access abuse by the company’s own employees. All of these causes can be traced back to the same problem: ineffective Privileged Access Management (PAM).

As a company at the forefront of Privileged Access Management, Onion ID provides an end-to-end solution that allows businesses to prevent insider threats and secure servers and 3rd party apps. By attending this year’s WHD, our goal is to connect with vendors from the hosting and cloud services industry, discuss the challenges and threats that they face, and share our vision: to make Privileged Access Management downright easy for both businesses and their employees.

You can connect with us by coming to our booth (R10) during the conference. Join us to discuss PAM and all things security! In addition, Dr. Banerjee, the founder and CEO of Onion ID, will give a talk on “How to Prevent Employee Account Compromise in Your Hosting Environment” on Wednesday, March 16th at 8:40am PST at Rock Cafe, Europa Park. All interested parties are welcome to attend.

For more information and all the latest news, please visit our website or follow us on Twitter.  You can book an appointment with one of our experts during the conference for a live demo and consultation.
